Back in September 2014, I traveled to Germany to do some hiking in the Alps as well as attend Oktoberfest. During the first part of my trip, I spent a few days in the Alps in Garmish-Partenkirchen, with day trips to Innsbruck, Austria as well as Zugspitze, the highest point in Germany. After that, I spent a few days in Munich during Oktoberfest.
