A couple of years ago, I visited Half Moon Bay, California for a conference. As the day was closing, I was able to sneak away for a little while to watch the sun setting over the bay. Being close to San Francisco, Half Moon Bay is often cold & foggy, but on this day the skies were clear and it was warm. The tree in the foreground curved perfectly over the entrance of the bay, dividing the colors of the sunset. Not a bad view for a conference!
Neat because it is a fab photo and I just met someone on the beach in Panama from this very region. What a small world.
