Courtesy of United Airlines & Prosper Daily, here’s a great way to get 1,000 free United miles just for downloading an app.
Prosper Daily is an app that lets you view your credit score & keep track of your financial transactions. They are currently offering a promotion where if you download and register a new account in the Prosper Daily app, you can earn 1,000 United MileagePlus miles.
Before you rush off to download the app, you must first register here with your United MileagePlus account number. Prosper will then send you a text with a link to download the app. This link will contain a tracking code so they known you downloaded the app & registered for the site. Note that it appears that you don’t need to connect any financial accounts if you don’t want to in order to get your free United miles.
Here are more details for the promotion:
ELIGIBILITY This promotion is open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a current United MileagePlus® program member who downloads and registers with the Prosper Daily app on or before June 30, 2016.
PROMOTION Eligible participants will receive 1,000 MileagePlus® award miles.
MILES CREDITING Award miles earned by an eligible participant will be posted 6-8 weeks after download and registration.
This is a great way to earn 1,000 free United Airlines MileagePlus miles for just a couple of minutes of effort. These free United miles will help you keep your account active for another 18 months if you have existing miles, and it will get you that much closer to your next award. The promotion is scheduled to run until June 30, 2016, but as with all promos like this, you are better off downloading & registering as soon as possible in case Prosper & United decide to end it sooner.
