Black Eyed Peas rapper will.i.am got upset the other day after losing his seat on a United Airlines flight from New York to China because he didn’t show up on time.
According to United Airlines policy, passengers need to be checked in 60 minutes before an international flight.
Memo to will.i.am: You are not special. You have to follow the same rules as the rest of us. If an airline has a policy that you need to be at the airport a certain time before a flight, then you need to follow that rule and be there on time.
Memo to everyone else: Don’t be like will.i.am – be on time for your flight. Also, if you have an issue with an airline for something that is your fault, don’t rant about it on Twitter. Save it for the times where airlines actually do screw up. Believe me, there are plenty of opportunities for that.
